Lucky's Story
"Lucky" arrived at our veterinarian's clinic with heartworms and a guardian who wanted him euthanized because he had heartworms, which we've treated. He's a really nice dog; but unfortunately he can climb a chain link fence. He would be okay in a privacy fenced area. He loves people (but not cats) and wants his own family but most people don't want a dog his age, which is about 6 yrs old. "Lucky" is a big boy at 80 lbs. No fat; just muscle. Not too sure about the breed....maybe short haired pointer and lab?
